Make sure that when you rent a truck out that it has enough gas in it to get to the pump.
TESA CThe location itself was easy to find and easy to locate the equipment, but all my previous experiences the employee themself goes through a light check on the trailer once connected before I take off and this location asked if I saw where the trailer was and if I knew how to hook up a trailer and was comfortable doing so. They never came outside after I had it hooked up and when I was hooking up and looking at the trailer I noticed one of the wood rails on the inside was on attached with one screw and was hanging down on the floor other than that. I am not sure if the rain we had played into any of the experience or it was because the same person helping me was also running the subway they have there as well.

Victor NEveryone here is so kind but every time I rent a truck they seem confused and make me wait a long time to get the key from them even though I’ve already paid and checked it always takes 20 mins and this time they made me walk back to an office while he looked up my rental information. It wasn’t the most comfortable feeling. They are very very nice people. I just don’t understand why they always seem confused and it takes so long.
Scarlett AMy family and I did not feel this was a safe and appropriate UHAUL location. We walked in and the gas station was completely empty. No one came out and we had to ring a bell for assistance. We waited at least 10 mins before someone finally came out and then it was another 10-15 mins waiting till the gas station attendant were ready for us which was a small office cramped with miscellaneous gas station and office items. We were already behind schedule because UHAUL changed the location of the truck WITHOUT MY APPROVAL from what should have been a .5 mile drive to over 50 miles so we were really mad and frustrated by the time we got there. Years ago, it use to be a 10 min experience. They would just check your driver's license, sign some paperwork, annotate any defects on the truck then promise to bring it back with a full tank of gas. Now, its a painfully long process that includes having to use your own smart phone to take a picture of your driver's license which you upload yourself and a truck with 1/4 of tank of gas. Ridiculous! I will never use UHAUL again.
