The people at the location were great. The overall experience with the company not so great. I reserved a vehicle and went to pick it up at another location and the did not have it or anything else! Had to go to a location farther away (extra 14 miles at $1.29 per mile for a different vehicle). The app did not work properly for pickup and return. Possibly because of poor cell and Wi-Fi coverage at that location. Pretty frustrating!
