The day before I was to get the truck, I received a call telling me that the scheduled pick up at I17 and McDowell has changed to 31Av and Thomas. McDowell doesn't have a 15'. I then received an email stating that the truck is guaranteed available at 3pm on Monday, Labor day. I had committed to Uhaul to take a 4×8 covered trailer to my location. I had to pick that up at a different location. So I asked if i could pick both up on Monday instead of Tuesday because I had people scheduled to help me load on Tuesday morning and I didn't want to waste time going to two locations Tuesday morning. Got the okay from Uhal along with a texted and telephone verification that they will be there and guaranteed truck by 3pm. I went to the Thomas location at 12:35pm. No one was there.I was able to get a Uhaul representative on the phone and after some time I was able to get the truck code. I then went To McDowell location and picked up the trailer. However, when I returned home and had guys helping me load, I realized that the truck did not have the blankets and appliance dolly that I had ordered. I couldn't spare the time to go back to McDowell for these items because I had a crew of men loading the truck. After they left, I went to McDowell and picked up the dolly and blankets. Out of the 2 dozen blankets I had ordered i only used 4 because most of my things were already packed on the truck. As well as all the heavy items were already loaded, so the dolly wasn't put to much use. After I dropped the truck and trailer off in McNeal I received a message to call Uhaul to schedule the drop-off. Uhaul wanted me to go to a different location than what I had scheduled. So, overall I can't say that I would recommend Uhaul because of them changing the agreed upon plans too many times and not providing the blankets and dolly, which I paid for, in the time that I needed those items.

first uhaul I have rented that did not have a lock on the back door so I had to purchase a $29 lock so added to the cost. The truck also had almost no gas in it (stated less than 23 miles left) so I had to find a gas station immediately. I filled it up to between 1/4 and 1/2 (120 miles left on it) since I was told I would get a credit for the extra gas but my final bill was the same.
