At the last minute, you switched me to a Stilwell, OK from Sallisaw for the truck pick-up. 30 miles away and in the opposite direction of where I needed to be headed that day. After driving 30 miles north, I headed back south down the road only to find out I had 3 out of 4 tires low. I had to turn around and go back to have the issue corrected. The driver's side tire was extremely low. But for the pouring rain and drizzle, I would have probably noticed myself when I climbed into the cab. But it was such a mess. There is only one guy who can check us in, but he wasn't there and couldn't be reached by phone, so I checked in with dispatch instead. Then couldn't find where the guy put the key, so they had to give me a different truck, which was muddy inside. On top of that, the truck has what is probably a loose belt. It ticked and clanged all the way to the city. I made sure I didn't stop, didn't turn it off, just drove with a purpose. THEN to add insult to injury, you charged me an additional mileage and a cleaning fee. Really? I tried to send ya'll a photo of the cab when I checked in, but I couldn't get enough cell phone service at the little shop in Stilwell to get it to send, was already down an hour and half at that point because I had to go to Stilwell and then go back for the tires. Really, ya'll. Really? Then charge me an additional $54? What an awful experience this turning out to be. Shame on you.
