They were rude didn't tell me much and charged me for some else's mileage on top of mine this was ridiculous they can adjust the price but can't remove charges they added, staff was completely unfamiliar with the process

- Vehicle seemed to not be inspected prior to arrival - Lock was falling off and was actually taped to the cabin door - Items we ordered (pads and dolly) were not included and not available - Gas not added - tank was nearly empty

No personnel available, it was a drop off. No visible Uhaul Dropoff signs, the fruit truck was getting more traffic.

I came to rent at this location, it was convenient and the process was easy but this truck was infested with roaches! As soon as I opened the trunk door they all fell from the top and were crawling all around the back. We had to clean it before using it to make sure they didn't get into my clothes and furniture. As we unloaded they were still crawling everywhere. It was so disgusting! They need to disinfect after every use!

Nothing the uhaul location can do about this. It was a neighborhood dealer with no moving supplies.

They are a third party, and my overall experience was horrible. Communication with U-HAUL customer service was terrible, I couldn't get there right people on the phone. They literally gave me the run around. I was transferred 5 times, and still didn't get transferred to the right folks. I ended up hanging up the phone. Your app doesn't work, and it has glitches. This company make to much money to have a poor built app. Customer services need people who can problem solve.
