The GPS coordinates in the U-Haul App did not lead to the correct location by 20 minutes of over travel time. When I exited the app and use the street address, my GPS took me to the proper location. 2) the U-Haul app would not let complete the pickup registration due to the GPS issue. I had to contact thr agent.

CHRIS WThere was a lot of run around to pick up the vehicle. We wasted a couple of hours waiting on a response from management. The process was very unorganized. Dealing with the online registration was a hassle, until two very helpful ladies stepped in when I called the 800 number. Ms. Dessii and Ms. Kim, thanks ladies. They went above and beyond to make our experience better. Again, as for the location, you've got to do better. Please be more accessible, have vehicles ready to go with the keys on-site.

Brandi LOrdering through U-Haul was very misleading. I should not be able to select a pick-up location if the truck I want is not there. I thought everything was setup based on my selections. Then, 30 minutes later I get a call from someone not very friendly telling me I can't get a truck until 1:30 pm at a location out of town. I won't do business with U-Hual again, at least through this service.

mia BThis was the most awful riding UHaul I have ever had! Horrible horrible horrible. The side mirrors were so loose and moving you couldn’t hardly use them with out getting sick to your stomach. Constantly had noise that sounded like air being released on the outside. Very annoying shaky just hoeeible all the way around

Cornell AWe showed up at the scheduled time to pick up the trailer. No one was there. Had to wait almost 30 min after calling to let them know we were waiting. Office assistant was very nice, but the trailer was missing the connector wire for the brake lights and she told us to go buy one. So in addition to cost to rent the trailer, we had to pull it with no brake lights and purchase the wire. The trailer was also beat up, and she was supposed to put stickers on the damaged areas to signify damage was present when we picked up the trailer. She didn't. Hope that doesn't come back to haunt me.

Dwayne HU-Haul general policy of "you can rent what we have, not what you need" was well represented. Promised to be on site at 7:00 a.m (posted hours of operation)., for a pick-up, arrived at 7:35. Very poor customer relations.

marc tNo one was present at this location. I called to let them know I would be returning a trailer to them. The representative said he was not in, but gave me instructions where to park the trailer. I did as he informed me. I was later notified that the trailer was listed as turned in late and I was charged for another day. The representative failed to check the trailer back in and put it in the system as being returned. When I called him again he said he was on the road and would not be back for several days. No way to conduct or run a uhaul business. Will never, ever use Big C Storage and wouldn't recommend a dog to be his client. Worst service or lack thereof I have ever experienced!!!

TINIA HI reserved this truck for Baton Rouge several weeks prior to pickup. I had to drive 40 miles to Donaldsonville for pickup. It had rained and the entrance to the office was about a foot deep in water. I ruined a leather pair of tennis shoes getting into and out of office. The truck was fine but the pickup was disappointing.

LAKESHIA BDo not send anyone to that location, and deliver equipment to requested location. This location was an hour away, and truck was below half a tank. The road was very narrow for traveling with this equipment and located next to a county jail.
MARY AThey advertise their service hours and when I arrived, no one was there. HOWEVER, they had after hours drop boxes and I left everything for them and someone called me the next day to confirm they had checked my stuff in. Good recovery! Kudos for communications!

OLIVER JEquipment smell like dog. I believe it smelled that way because of the large amount of dog hair placed throughout the front cabin. The truck was never cleaned.
RUSSELL AI got a phone call from the lady 2 hours before I dropped the truck off. When I arrived the place was closed and locked at 3:45 on a Monday. Unacceptable!
TINA BIf reservations are promised at a certain time,make sure It's ready for the customer renting it at that time,don't make them wait 2 or 3 hours later to pick up,when reservations were made online,hours ahead,then when you call to let them know It's not ready,the representative had an attitude,so all these things can be corrected to make things better
DARIUS SThe retailers were 45 minutes late meeting us at the location. They were also very rude and called us 4 times the morning of the pick-up saying they didn't have internet access at the office and they had to complete paperwork at home and print it. Additionally, I had to give them all of my information (type of vehicle, length of truck bed, both addresses, etc) again that I had already given Uhaul. It was a very unpleasant experience overall.
JAMIE EHORRIBLE service. Getting trucks to people hours late and costing them substantial amounts of money by doing so. EXTREMELY unprofessional business practices.
