Lady had like no idea what she was doing when I went to pick it up and then put me on the phone with her boss and never gave me any paperwork with the drop off location like I was told I was going to get so I had to call U-Haul again

Chris BI thought it was weird. The counter person couldn’t leave the store to check equipment. He called someone who told him to ask us to leave it out back. It wasn’t inspected and I didn’t receive any receipt. I photographed the drop off site and numbers in the trailer.
Linda CWhen we arrived to pick up our rental the lady at the counter had not idea what she was doing. So she called her boss. And he didn't even bother showing up. So we did it over the phone. Sad. Then when we return the equipment, my wife went by herself. And the guy at the drop off said, "You're a woman, so I need to go disconnect the trailer." And he never inspected the trailer. That was very unprofessional. And frankly it upsets me that such a person would assume a woman doesn't know how to take a trailer off a hitch of a truck.
