The hours of pick up are awful! Not in any way convenient for anyone moving! Took us almost an hour to get our truck even though I did the online stuff the day before! He was friendly but oh so slow.

Ed at Big Country Graphics and Printing yelled at me and yelled at one of your staff members on the phone. He then told me "Thank you, because of you, I'm done. I'm calling U-haul to come pick up their trucks. I'm done." He was extremely unprofessional and chastised me for returning the truck on a Sunday and told me I should of dropped it off in Calgary because it wasn't his problem. Hopefully I won't have to move anytime soon because I will not be using the Drumheller U-Haul and I will be telling everyone not to go there.

Let me return to any authorized dealer. That's what I did 10 days ago. Yesterday returned to your choice which was further away and you charged me for extra mileage! Took me more time to do so-will you pay me for my time? Poor choice!

Trailers need to have crank stands; it is not acceptable to expect customers to lift the trailer onto a hitch.

Inform the renter of all the necessary requirements for the rental, eg what type of trailer plug in is needed before you drive all the way there and get hooked up and the dealer tries to sell you the right adapter. When you call to get the rental let the renter know that insurance is needed or you provide you own prior the arriving. The local dealer is a grumpy prick and should work on his customer skills.

We were disappointed that the online booking site offered us afterhours self check in and out when later, after booking, we were informed that this was not an option. More than this, we were not informed that there would be an afterhours fee for returning a truck on a Saturday. We understand that there are no local business hours on that day however there was no communication that there would be an additional fee and would like to know why there is a cost to place a contract in a mailbox. This definitely tainted our experience with Uhaul. We will strongly consider other options in the future.

Lot was gravel and uneven/sloping and open 5x9 trailer was more difficult to wrestle on to hitch. This poses a risk to the renters vehicles when wrangling as the trailer hitch could be elevated and crash into the renters vehicle if trailer moves downslope under its own momentum. Care needs to be taken and more than one person should help renter wrangle trailer on to hitch. Lot should be paved and level or parked in a better spot. Left rear red travelling light on trailer was not working but turn signal did. All other parts functioned well. Check equipment before leaving.

He asked me for two references: "Two people that know you" he said. I put down two white names. I found that interesting. The U Haul place in the city didn't ask for that, and my Caucasian friends didn't have to provide that. I wonder why he asked me to.....

Absolute lack of knowledge of a car carrier trailer. No knowledge of how to tie down the car front wheels. Even after showing a picture of my Class C motor home trailer hitch (tongue and ball), no advice was provided to indicate the tongue was under rated, which caused it to bend down due to the weight being towed, resulting in one of the inner dual wheel tires to blow out on the highway, resulting in further damage to the body of the motor home at the rear wheel well. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Beware of “independent U-Haul outlets”.

Dropped vehicle off, location was closed. Had filled it up to the correct reading as was on the gauges. However when I dropped it off the ground in their lot was not level in any manner at all, so the gauge was reading just under where it read on the contract and these **** charged Me another $15+ in additional fuel, when i went in and challenged it some **** ******** ****** refused to reverse the charges, scamming ****....

The lady I booked through guaranteed me that the 5x8 would fit a king size Bed & Dresser. I asked her twice! Don't tell people that. The pick up Location found the hitch frozen in the ground , no help from anyone , had to chip it out.

Rate to go to Red Deer and back. Very expensive. Had the truck a 15 foot truck less than 24 hours and it's over 340.00 dollars. Windshield disgusting, was told it had a half tank. Did not notice till I got home which is less than 2 km that it was just over a quarter tank. Really should have said something but was in a rush. I have rented uhaul before but a 1.25-1.30 a mile??

I first ordered a larger cube truck and had to go to Hanna or Strathmore to pick it up and come back to Drumheller. Totally unacceptable for the mileage would have been more then the actual rental. Service from Drumheller was far more better.

not have 10 pick ups from out of town at the same time with 1 computer illiterate old fella working. had like a 2 hour wait my transaction was the only smooth one

-I was charged for a dolly then told they didn't have one and couldn't get refunded -Cab was messy with cereal, dirt, and dust which I cleaned up -Cup holders had dried pop in them with bugs and dust in the mix showing it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, but I was charged for cleaning them despite leaving the unit far cleaner than I found it -I had to drive 50km further as I was told I couldn't get a unit in Brooks which is where I reserved adding more cost to me -the windshield was streaked with bug splatter built up and dried on which I cleaned -I dropped it off with 9/16 tank full when I got it at 7/16, but they said it was only 1/2
