Returned through the app. Had to call customer service when dropping off - agent was rude and condasending! App had multiple issues that made the process very frustrating and took up valuable time

Nothing against the location, but the reservation was for just under $200.00, when I was charged over $600.00 after returning the truck a day early. Not sure how that works?
Tyrone TWe had a truck reserved at budget rental company, we contacted them when we were on our way, only to find out, the truck we reserved was not there! We called pacific u-haul at Big G Tire last minute and they were able to get us a truck!!! They were extremely nice and accommodating. I recommend this company and location to anyone that is looking for a rental truck. Thank you

DANIEL CThe customer service was great, but we didn't know we would get a text with a link to inspect the vehicle before leaving the premises and I didn't check my text messages until I got home and a little late. The link was really confusing. It didn't allow us to verify the plate, mileage or other things. It was already checked off. Then it asked us to take pictures of the vehicle, but the camers function didn't work. Had to call costumer service to verify . It could have been user error but my husband couldn't figure it out either. Otherwise the customer service was great.

LYNDA LThe CSR who contacted me when I was late dropping the truck back off was very judgmental and huffy puffy when she called and confirmed I was late. My help fell through so I couldn't get it all done in original estimated time. I had no issue with the late fee, yet this lady acted like she was waiting on a truck so she could make it to work.

Mark MVery unsatisfied with the service and you should drop them as a uhaul representative! I am on the verge of never using uhaul again because of how I was treated at this location! Refused to give me my cash deposit back because he didn't have time to go to the bank! Laughed in my face and then told me to leave! Horrible customer service all the way around! Steve Flosi was a great help today afterwards! He really saved uhaul from loosing a valuable customer! But he can't fix the problem with disrespectful uhaul associates!

The agent said not a problem and he pulled out a leaf blower and went to work. I had never thought about it , that’s cleaner than I could get it!

ian gTook multiple calls and "sorting out" from U Haul ,to get this rental picked up . This caused a long morning delay in My move . Truck worked and I was able to return it ,with only a slight delay . I believe U Haul should credit me for My time . I would say $250 is what they should refund me. Not holding my breath.

Tony BWhen standard pick up is a choice and selected, someone needs to be there. When I call Saturday at my reservation time and am explained that business aren’t open on Sunday…. my reservation clearly says Saturday and I stated that I’m here to get my truck and nobody is here, cause it’s Saturday, the time of my reservation. Then was forwarded and the business personnel answers the phone “Hello” vs Uhaul of pacific, bob speaking would be appropriate as I had to ask, ‘Is this Uhaul?’ Your app or my phone (I think it was your app) kept deleting pics I was taking when turning truck in making it frustrating and I had to call again to uhaul, so it wasn’t that convienent.

Miles MThe process to return truck with no personnel was to cumbersome. It took too long. In addition, I was going to be charged an extra $21 for gas despite my photos that tank was filled exactly if not more than what I picked it up at. I feel as if the gas meter and having to manually slide over to where gas amount is not helpful, and in fact, customers pay more. I had to also add comments about gas charges, and only then did it not charge me and successfully returned truck.

PAM BLots of problems with mobile pick up, lock was very sandy and hard to open, had to use a knife. Was not informed of the 30 mile in town limit either.
Kyle BWhen we received the final invoice there was a $20 charge that wasn’t specified at pick up for special services. We were told $20/day over the four day rental and expected that, but extremely disappointed at a “special services” charge of $20. Not recommending UHaul to anyone!
Jill LNeed to change how you return the truck after hours. I had a very hard time trying to do this on my phone. After about 45 minutes of trying I gave up. Its the code that its asking for is the problem. You cant go back and forth. So them they send another code. Just something you should know. But Jeff from Big H Tire was awesome. Thanks to him...
