jay aThe manager was super helpful and friendly. The reservation was not done properly, so was frustrating because I arrived to the location closed for the holiday and no one there to assist me! However, the manager immediately was able to fix the situation. To improve things for next time the people over the phone who assist with setting up the reservations online need to know if a location will be open or not and make sure to have it setup to be able to pickup the rental without needing assistance at the location.

I payed cash and she only game me my deposit back and the app said I was to receive a refund of what I payed and she denied me the refund said she was going to adjust it due to it was wrong .. but she charged me different all the way around . The app said I was due a refund .. but when it was all said in done who knew what the charges where! I just left cause she was argumentative! I felt like she was making it more me being wrong due to her not admitting it was her mistake! How could I make a mistake when she had total control! And she was poorly dressed.. she was in short shorts like she just got out of the shower? Only my wife dresses like that when she’s at home? Just unprofessional and was nasty!!
