I towed a trailer for YOU to the area I was going to. For a drop off location you sent us to a place 25 plus miles away when there was one around 10 miles away. That wasn't a nice thing to do!!!

This location in Dresden TN was superb. They helped us out when we hit a dear on our way back home from Pennsylvania. I also wanted to include and thank the location in union city TN called hornsby. They were across the street from where our car was and all of their trucks were rented out. Not only did they find us a truck but also found us a ride to be able to go and get the truck and bring it to where our car was. Everyone was kind and helpful and I would 100 percent recommend both these places to anyone who needs a uhaul truck. Thanks guys we made it home safely and could not be happier with your customer service

My clothes had ants all over themand it like an animal got in there and sprayed on damn had to throw half out. Have some stupid policy if you rent storage a prorated game but not going out so you I went on those spending more for two and a half weeks of storage than if i would have if they would just let me buy a whole month

After picking up our truck we proceeded to Ram to get our Auto Transport we noticed our truck hard to steer. Terry & Jackie at Ram found our Rear Axle had shifted badly. Within an hour they found another truck and we were on our way. The owners went above and beyond for us. We were treated like family. I can only say they were a truly a great company, we would rate them a 11 if it were possible. Thank you deeply -Terry & Jackie!

Radios need to work!! And headlights were so dim that it was dangerous to even drive and on top of that it needs to aligned cause it pulls hard to the right!

Staff is as very professional friendly and courteous. I was a little disappointed with the unpaved lot as I recently had my truck detailed.

This is no fault of this location. I requested a 15 foot truck from the Martin TN location. I received a call the day before my pickup (Mind you i live 5 hours away from my daughters college) stating that we dont have a 15 foot truck for you in Martin and if you still want a truck you have to drive an additional 20 minutes away to pick up a 26 foot truck. Really?! I dont need a truck that big and it cost me an additional $100 in fuel. Not happy with this experience from Uhaul at all.

Mrs. Lamb was a real champ. She answered my phone call at 645 in the morning, walked over and helped us out when we couldn’t get the mobile check in to work. She’s the best and helped make our move go smoothly

Being from a very rural area, U-Haul locations are far apart and thin. This particular location was definitely of note for being gracious, helpful, cheerful, and efficient. And when we ran into trouble, they were eager to jump in and solve all our issues immediately by hand. Highly recommended! 5/5 would definitely do business with them again!

The trailer was "very used" and had several issues. the trailer was very dirty, had tires of unmatched size, an out of balance tire, a bent left front fender support and a temporarily repaired light chord. It was the only car hauler that I could find in the Martin, TN area. The good news: It did transport my vehicle from Martin \, TN to Shepherdstown, WV with no breakdowns. Question: Why did you charge me 4 days use for a two day use?

I was very disappointed when I arrived a JJ's market to find out that they did not have the truck that they said would be there. I drove 3 hours to pick it up at 8 am to move my daughter. Instead I had to drive 11 miles away to get one. Great experience there! However, I was charged by the mile which seems unfair when I had to drive 11 there and back just to get a rental. When there were many trucks on the lot at jj in martin tn and he acted like he hadnt even talked to me, i did have the reservation 2 days before on a text.
