KAREN MI let the person at the counter know I was there to return my U-Haul she said okay then stared at me and proceeded to say can I help you I said yes I'm here to return the U-Haul she then said okay again and that was it. I had to ask her is there anything else you need from me she stated no extremely poor customer service

Ashley FEverybody in the pickup store was great. They got me taken care of and were very reasonable. They cut me a good deal. I will definitely be returning here for any future moving needs. I also love the shop with so many neat things in it to buy. I will be returning soon for that.
ROBERT LFix the rattles from the box that the truck has needs the roof stiffen because it has been bucked sounds like a thunderstorm itjat ur driving threw as u go down road.... Also the window in the doors rattle as well... The floors become very slich in both the can n. In the box... Some grip tape layed down I then would give some kinda traction so u don't slide around or slip getting into the cab ....
