Just drop off point is the one that told me I will not get a refund for the unused two days of rental service. They recommend that I contact U-Haul directly and let them know that when I ordered this tow dolly and picked it up, I was lied to.

It took way to long to get the trailer. I already had the rental approved online, but I was at the facility for an hour and 10 minutes. Granted the sales person didn't know how to start the transaction and had to get help. But with all the pictures back and forth and scanning of drivers license. That takes way to long any way. If your approved your approved. I hope to not make this a habit to rent again. Way to long of a process after I already had the trailer. Great people just the process was to duplicated...

Pamela EEvidently not take your uhaul to Steve's pawn, I delivered my rental on time and clean, and big Steve's pawn charged my card with out my consent an extra $204 . Not a very good business plan in a small town
Robert GIt's a pawn shop that does uhaul on the side. Reserved a dolly. They didn't have any. Reserved a 15 foot truck, they only had a 26 foot truck that I was stuck using for driving from Arkansas to Massachusetts
STEVEN PThe location had no idea what they were doing. It took over an hour to finally get the truck and we (yes the customers) had to help them figure out how to check out online. They didn’t have the blankets or dolly requested and reserved. Really poor experience.
