RODNEY BThe gentlemen working the liquor store that provides you with your U-Haul does not go over any of the information on the contract you’re signing or about the equipment and how it should be returned and the requirements of that intentionally. I returned my trailer after using it for a couple hours and only driving 15 miles, when you get a truck, you pay for mileage and the vehicle itself. I returned the vehicle one tick below from when I picked it up and I was charged a full fuel fee of $50. This man intentionally did that so I would be paying for the gas tank for him when I received the vehicle. I was only given 70 miles which is a quarter of a tank and that tank should’ve been full because I was concerned if the vehicle would even make it to my destination and back. I do not recommend picking up from this location or doing business with this man because he will run you for your pocket.
MIA HThe vehicle’s interior was pretty dirty, the window handle’s knob fell off multiple times, TPMS warning was on the whole time and the battery almost died causing a few times where I was afraid to turn the truck off because it didn’t want to start. Customer service was good at the location but the vehicle needs some work to give a better customer experience.
Brandon DI requested the pick up at a different facility. The pickup change added time and inconvenience.
CHAD WA few things that I encountered: There were warning lights: low windshield wiper fluid, parking break detector was flashing when off- not sure if that was normal. The side door did not open from the outside , I had to open it from the inside. I was not informed on what type of gas to use, I assumed 87 octane but made sure to use what was listed E-85. All in all great experience and easy process.

ALMA HWow. The equipment was ok. Big Time Market made my experience the best. Friendly staff helped install and inspect. They provided me with trailer adapter for lights. I was about 2 hours late on return time… and I was not charge extra. I recommend if you want a no hassle, friendly, worry free experience.
ARDEL SI made reservations for one way 50 miles that was changed because my destination showed Escondido instead of Alpine- when I returned my truck I was told I was 63 miles over. I was told 50 miles but it was changed to 30- I should have paid 13.00 the rep repriced it to 22.00 but I am stil not happy, because witg her dis lint I paid more
ROBERT WI got this rental to move my belongings from a storage to my new home. The location of U-Haul, the store and my new home are all within 10 mine radius. When I went to return the U-Haul to the self pick up place it stated I used 106 miles!!! I was charged $260 which of that I only really owed $45!! I am currently fighting this but I do not recommend a self pick up w no one to assist and properly check mileage at pick up and drop off.

GHASAN KLocation was fine and the customer service was fine as well. But the fan was dirty when I received it. It wasn't washed, It was on the inside as well. It hadn't been swept and there's leftover trash. If there is a way that I can get a partial refund that would be great, but this is just a note for the future.

Marco OFrom start to finish it was an overall simple process for a first big time mover. So glad that this place was fairly close and when they didn’t have the vehicle I wanted they got me a bigger one with no extra charges.
Jared CThe clerk refused to check the truck while I was in the facility. I drove the truck a total of 15 miles and was charged a $47.00 fuel fee. My rental fee was raised from $61.00 to $117.00 without me viewing it. A very poor way to do business. I will look to a different rental company in the future.

Julio GMy issue is this is the second location I was sent to to pick up the trailer... Online I was advised to go to a location on Sweet water Springs, only to be told my reservation was unassigned, which caused me to have to go to another location across town... nor cool, Uhaul!

Richard SI filled the tank to nearly 1/2 tank (by accident). I only needed to fill the tank to 3/8 full and when I get get my receipt this morning it says $24 fuel charge for 4 gallons. Either the gauge is wrong which is an issue, or I got $24 taken for no reason, either way those are both issues!

STEVEN LThis spot saved me. I had reservation for 830 but my truck was not there. I had to call a friend to get me to this location. I suggest next time you aware that a reservation would not be available you notify the customer as soon as possible to make other plans ahead of time vs on the spot. It cost me valuable time in the morning. But this spot saved me.

Victor GI was charged a gas fee when it was brought back on the same level it was checked out as, 3/4 tank. Called Big Market & was told had to call U-haul on matter for refund. Will be doing that tomorrow. Big Market should have had the authority to correct the matter. The milage gas was broken so that was where the delay in billing occurred. I might not have agreed if I knew would be charged $89 for 100 miles. Was dropping off donations in addition to moving items & two locations where closed when arrived. I do want the $19+ charged for gas refunded. Didn't expect to have to put $37 with back into it to get back to the 3/4 it was checked out on.
Prima BThe Uhaul vehicle was not cleaned but the service provided was my best Uhaul experience of the 5 times I've rented a vehicle. I would highly recommend this location to a friend just based on how easy the service workers made the experience. They were very flexible with my schedule due to personal reasons I had to move my pick up time back twice and they had no issue.

Carlos VI rented a dolly and did not receive one. The truck was left with another persons trash in it. The truck had hardly any gas in it and when we went to add more, the gas poured straight into the ground! The truck was missing a gas hose to the tank! The truck was very unstable and needed serious servicing.

Robert FI made a reservation for 2 days not knowing if I was going to be able to return within 24 hours. I managed to make it happen and dropped it off at the location within the time frame. I mentioned this to the clerk and he said no problem. Come to find out he didn't check it in until the following morning still charging me for the 2nd day rental. This is dishonest and I paid for a service I didn't get. Feel free to contact me to credit my account.
