The truck would not start again after arriving at my destination. I called the office where I rented the truck and was told someone would call me back. No call. I don’t learn until Monday that the person taking calls is their answering service. She did not provide me with any information on roadside assistance. I’m requesting a refund for the charges as I was not able to use the truck for my move and had to find another way. Major inconvenience. And it was raining !
