Uhaul dropped the ball AGAIN!! Not the place where I picked up the trailer but their computer system. A couple hrs before leaving home I was notified the place where I was supposed to pick up the trailer the next day didn't have one. They gave me a location that was way out of my way. Eventually another location was settled on. When I arrived their system wouldn't let me get the trailer that was sitting in front of us. After 1 hr we got that all worked out. Now the price went from $150 upto over $400!!! Due to the new location. The guy at Bigfoot was able to cancel that reservation and get me out the door as a local trip but I had to drag the trailer back with me 700 miles rather than leave it like the original plan was. Uhaul is such a dysfunctional company. How do you stay in business?

JANICE LSomeone who cleans the trucks and checks the maintenance on the equipment is not doing their job. The truck was half full, dirty (so the guy said to nevermind cleaning it. When I brought the truck back, I told him that the transmission was slipping really bad. His comment was, "Still? We just spent $3000 getting it fixed." He didn't ask if I wanted insurance or not, which I had and didn't ask for but got charged for. The location was inside a swap meet place or second hand storage area.
SUE WInstead of dropping the truck off in Olympia near where I moved, I was told to drop it off in Lacey going back North and they charged me extra mileage.

SHANIA STrailer was small; expected to be of least trouble, yet had zero waiver; tracked with absolutely no sway, no bother!! To improve, make the locking latch at door to be less foolproof; fools can be very creative and getting past those can cause an awkward latch!!

SHERYL PHalfway through my trip uhaul changed my drop off location (after also changing my pickup location). I had to drive an extra 20 min to drop the trailer off and it was basically a mud hole with strange people around. Didn’t feel safe.

NOI FIt wasn't clearly marked where the car trailer should be returned. Fortunately, a man from a different business pointed out the location for us. It wasn't where the rental trucks were located in the front by the parking lot.

kelly cThis isn't a problem with Bigfoot, its a problem with Uhaul, i had planned my trip to return to a different location. UHAUL changed that on me while i was driving and ended up having to walk from Bigfoot to the other location to get my car. I was also charged extra for the drop off since the they sent me originally to another location further away from my car and i had to call and beg and plead to get them somewhere closer.

SPENCER BThe signage was far left side of the building and not visible. It was unclear where to park. I would recommend a "Uhaul" with left arrow sign that is more visible. I never went into the location. A guy came out to us and got the keys and offered to sweep a little landscape debris out of the box for us. He was very friendly but his location not easy to navigate. I had to use the QR sticker on the driver door to navigate my truck return. By the time he saw us and offered to check us out I was already done. Luckily in my adventures I noticed the QR return on the door.
