Over all this location is ok but they have no idea how to use the phone when they are doing the paperwork. They waste time trying to do all the questions and they don’t know what they are doing. The last time I was there they spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do and never did get it right and then I was late on leaving for my trip. And also he kept leaving me to do other customers and then he comes back his phone has shut down so we have to start all over again from the beginning. I hardly ever complain about anything but this is frustrating.

Amanda MWhen attempting to check in the truck and dolly the drop box had no sticker on the check in sign, just a spot with the writing place sticker here, Called the number provided and was sent to voicemail repeatedly, equipment was not checked in until 5 hours after drop off resulting in me being charged for a late return.

orham dI had booked the ramp trailer at the Saskatoon location but had to travel 125 km to Biggar to pick up the trailer.I tried to phone there to confirm that the trailer was there . The person working there rattled of a phone number I should phone and hung up.I ten phoned U Haul help line and was assured that the trail was there .Upon arriving in Biggar the person told me I had to phone to confirm the booking again rattled of a phone number .Finally getting him to writ down the phone number I was able to contact the person to get the booking.I the had to hook up the trailer myself and no trailer light exstension was given witch i latter purchased .NOT IMPRESSED WTH U HAUL>
Neil FMy original booking had been changed. My pick up was switched to another location, when talking to the lady in the “Traffic” division, she told me 100km and an extra day were added to my contract for the inconvenience. After I dropped off the unit, I was informed that neither of these were added to my contract. Even though the new truck pick up location was an extra 90km away. Disappointed how the contact person made an agreement but did not honour it.
