Juanita R | Overall ExperienceMy only issue is with U-Haul corporate. When a one way reservation is made with a pickup in one town the unit rented should be available in that town. I should not have needed to drive 73 miles each way to pick up the car hauler. The location and staff at 301 E Forest was amazing.
LAWRENCE FBillings was closed and dropoff was a keybox. Called into customer service to let them know the truck was dropped off on Saturday about 6pm. Bryan was unable to use the online app. He is phone app challenged when exhausted and refused assistance form kind hearted mover with him. LOL I would have knocked him into dirt and used his phone to check in the truck online. - Received a call on Sunday informing us the Truck had not been returned. I again let them know it was called in on Saturday about 6pm to the 800 number. Need to update all records when client can not use check in truck online app on phone. Thank you, Valerie Oram
bryan bCommunicate the correct information to the customer about charges and include equipment that customers pay for like a dolly . It was missing out of the truck .

They wanted me to travel an extra 100 miles to pick it up. Consistently I fell off the top of my truck while attempting to stack it up higher and hurt myself as a result!

Thomas CI moved to Gilbert, AZ 11 years ago, but still retained a storage shed with Billingsley Tires in Coalinga for many years after my mother was in an adult assisted living facility. As they did during our many years living in Coalinga, Pat Billingsley and his crew continued to provide excellent service to us. DEAN R | Overall ExperienceWhen dropping off trailers you must call to make sure they check it in otherwise they won’t. Also got charged for safetow even though I didn’t sign up for it. Otherwise a very friendly location and very helpful. Just wish they would check in equipment when they came in the morning and didn’tcharge for items I do isn’t purchase.

Alfonso DI have used uhaul to move three times over the last few years. Every time the truck I ordered was “unavailable.” As a result, I am given a smaller truck which has made my moving experience much more difficult! Very unacceptable and will do everything in my power to never use uhaul again!
Mark KThe regional office harassed me with texts and phone calls -- as many as 20 PER HOUR! My emergency contact was also called, and she became hysterical thinking I had been in an accident. I have used U-Haul regularly for decades and never been badgered like this. The barrage of communication was unnecessary and unprofessional, and U-Haul and Billingsley have lost my business.

When you call ahead of time you still have to go to the process of everything you just get online what’s the purpose of calling something in if it if you get the truck can’t be ready for pick up wasting my time. Then you have me drop it off at a location thats out of my way and then I have to pay the extra mileage plus the gas for the extra mileage.

DEBORAH DTwo of the rubber hook retainers that keep the hook from falling off were missing. Location is overly crowded. Had to wait for vehicles to move before I could enter. Parked a block away initially. Were friendly but messy. U-Haul is definitely not high on the priority.

John LMake the Uhual drop box more visible and have a sign that says Uhual drop box. Otherwise the customer will not know the same drop box for the business is the one used for Uhual.
Rodolfo RMy previous rentals with U-haul have been pleasant and professional. In this case, after driving 100 miles out of my way (no fault of U-haul , just a busy time with college students moving for the summer) my reservation was not ready. The office girl that does the paperwork was out to lunch and the tire shop manager had difficulty with the paperwork. I was late for my other appointment so the manager just had me sign the paperwork and even though I told him I wanted insurance on the trailer he couldn’t figure out how to include insurance so I had to go without. I had to leave immediately and the trailer was not ready so I had to pick up the trailer after business hours. The manager told me he would leave the trailer outside his fence so I could pick it up later. That didn’t seem secure nor professional but I had no choice and I had no opportunity to look over the trailer for any damage prior to my taking over possession.
