christine cThis place was sketchy! It was disgusting, dirty and not a Uhaul place that has what you need. I rented a dolly and they did not have it. I did not even receive a notice that they did not have one. Terrible place and would never go back!

My biggest complaint about doing business with UHaul is the reservation process online, It seems like after I reserve a trailer, I have to go through 25 pages of "Options" where I am being sold thing I do not want. Stop doing that!!!!!
MARK GInterior surfaces not clean,(melted candy bar and cough drops in glove box) windshield wipers shredded, interior cab leaed along seam in the rain. There was a handtruck in the back we did not order, and we could not reach location by phone to discuss how to handle it

Juan tThe tires on the trailer were COMPLETELY out of balance!! When pulling the trailer with no load, it would bounce so BAD that the tires would come off the ground! When the out of balance would get offset, the trailer would rock from side to side violently!

Susan AThis was a small facility, but convenient for us. I believe that this truck had just been turned back in, so it was not cleaned. However, it was not much effort to sweep it out. We returned it after hours and had no issues with this. Overall, painless and efficient process.
