I got charged a fee and wasn’t told why, now I’m broke and can’t pay for gas I need for work. Thanks ass holes

I had went to bills feed and rented a U-Haul online, Only problem I had with my U-Haul experience was it had charged me with a pending charge of 119 dollars and some change before use, and it charged me again for 110 dollars this morning on top of the 119, I called and they said it the 119 was going to be put back in my account and it hasn’t yet, but i called this morning so we’ll see if I have to call again tomorrow, other than that it was a flawless truck.
COREY MEmployees were pleasant and polite. Knowledgeable as to the process. I was very pleased with the service offered.

CAESAR AEliza is sharp. I had a 5x8 trailer from hell I reluctantly picked up in Mechanicsburg, PA due to a botched reservation there. Eliza in NY rented me a 4x8 that I originally wanted from PA. They were only 5 miles from Pune Cottages on Ft Drum. I should add that Maria in PA cut through corporate red tape and made my payment acceptable for breaking the return trip contract on that miserable 5x8 I was forced to take because of lack of staff at Mechanicsburg and unwillingness to pick the right trailer up for me. Again, Maria in PA made things right and return trip was 1000% better. Eliza in NY is a rock star, too.
