RANDALL BApon arriving at pick up location, which was bills quick mart in Rogersville missouri. The working was very rude and short, they didn't have our truck available, so she canceled my rental and gave us a different one. At this point I told her to keep her equipment and I'll find somewhere else. She then get more friendly. Later that night I called to because we needed it longer and thought, this worker was a male. He said that the rental alone was over 80 dollars if we kept it, in a rude tone as if I inconvenience him. Telling me that it was going to cost us an extreme price plus mileage. I told him never mind I'll have the u haul back before the time recommended. I unfortunately will never rent from u haul again, during this experience my family has seen this and they also agree that they will not return. Also we tried to rent a u haul in marshfield at the mom and pop location across from Walmart. We didn't have reservations, but it said that truck were available, this worker said that her trucks were pending pick up for tomorrow and she wasn't renting one out then ignored me talking to someone is the store. People are moving and they are stressed out enough, customers don't deserve to be talked to rudely or treated as if they couldn't afford something, MO Dot just bought our families property so we have the money. Also I was informed id be getting my 50 dollars back due to the truck not being there and I haven't received it.
HARRY WThe price was much higher than had been discussed when picking the vehicle up.we were charged for insurance when we told the lady we didnt want it.A twenty dollar rental costed us $100 and we only drove 17 miles. A refund would be nice but I think nore training would solve the problem.

Dawn C149 miles into our 459 mile trip the A/C started blowing hot air, before this anytime the engine would go over 3000 rpm the air would totally quit. I have not been in such miserable conditions since doing convoy escorts in subpar humvees, atleast some of them at least blew cool air. I had my window down the majority of the trip including going through a storm and was still sweating profusely! I feel that $608 rental fee should be returned or discounted.

Melody Bprice ended up way more than expected mostly due to mileage. It would be nice if the price listed included a standard 30 miles or something like that. That would prevent an underestimation of total cost.

Terry TThe only reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the back of the 20' truck we rented was left dirty and the truck was in need of a tune up. It struggled to pull a small hill even unloaded, but other than that, our experience was a good one and the UHaul Representative was very nice to work with. I give him 5 Stars on his Customer Service.

Paul TThe kid was rude and we did not use service Dolly and where still charged. Reviewed this with agent at check in amd was stilled charged. Acted like we were an inconvenience to his day.
Andrew JHorrible check out process. The young man that checked out was not personable at all, borderline rude. The half tank was not to his approval and suggested I add a dollar or two. Will not be back to this location.

Bryce CThe safety chain was broken and they let us go without fixing it they didn’t have a adapter for the taillights told us to go buy one. Did not feel comfortable with the safety so went to the cambell uhaul and Trever Brice was shocked at how we were treated. He told us that the tow dolly would have ruined the car and found a trailer to put it on. He went above and beyond to make sure we would have a safe trip. Uhaul needs more employees like Trever
James AI have used their location last summer and I thought all the people at Bill's Quick Mart were very, very good and helpful, so Pleased with their efforts!! This month was the same good, helpful experience when I rented U-Haul equipment again from Bill's Quick Mart; that's why they got repeat business from me. Lettie SRental office is located in a convenience store. Lot was in a good location. Had to detach the trailer myself, which was not easy since it did not have a trailer jack to raise the coupler off of my hitch ball.

Dominic KAfter NOT getting the trailer that I had requested from a dealership in Springfield, Bill's Quick mart came through for me with a size trailer that did work.
Robert KA few years ago I had a run in with Uhaul and I was sent an email with a $75 credit. I was assured that it would not expire. The very nice gentleman at this site punched in the code for the credit 3 times and every time it was shown to be expired. I guess that your word just doesn't mean much these days.
