Bob at Bills service center was knowledgeable and very comprehensive when explaining the process of pick up and return. The truck was a pleasant surprise a where both the cabin and the loading compartment was very clean. Thank you

MARGINIA RThe handcarts, blankets and furniture dollys I ordered and were charged for were not in the vehicle. Being that I picked it up on a day the vendor was closed, had no recourse but to make the move without these items.
CONNOR GThe process of renting a U-Haul cargo van from Bill's Service Center in Hackettstown, NJ, was easy and efficient. The staff were helpful and answered all of my questions. One piece of advice is that, since I returned the van after open hours, make sure to view the link that explains how to check your return in to avoid a service fee before you drop the key in the drop box. As needed, I will use them again.

GARY TI have rented a U-Haul van several times from Bill’s Service Center. The vans have always been clean and in good condition. The rental process is simple and Bill is helpful, respectful and kind. I will rent from this U-Haul location again when needed.

mark sPick up by phone is ridiculous. It took 75 minutes to get the van, when in person it would have taken 10 minutes. Your app wasn't working properly, kept kicking out, and person on the phone was rude.

THOMAS SWas a little upset with this rental. When i brought the van home I noticed the right rear blinker was not working. They did immediately tell me I could bring it back down to be replaced which I did. However they did charge me the additional mileage which I feel should not have been my expense. It was only 11 miles, but still feel they should have reduced the mileage usage by that much. It is only around 13.00 with tax but it would have been a nice gesture. Just wanted to comment on that. Everything else was great.
