Great place, people and service!
STEVE CMy concern is with the U-Haul policy and a really bad customer experience to get the reserved truck and location. Reserved 26ft Truck on about 3 weeks ahead of the date I needed the truck, but 2 days before I was informed that truck is not available at the location I booked. Now I have an option of bringing the truck from 30 miles away or downgrade to 20ft truck yet from 20 miles away. Customer care service rep was very rude while giving me the options. Reserved again at another nearby location (2 days advance). Again reservation is changed to another location which is 20 miles away. Why let me reserve it if its not going to be available on that day? Moving is a exhausting experience, last day (or two) changes are not appreciated at all.

GLADYS LBill's Service provided great service every time I required their services in the past 5 years. The 20'' truck I used this time needed some engine and front axle maintenance, but i understand those are not issues directly under their responsibility.
RNSTO CBob was very helpful in determining what size of truck we needed. I would highly recommend dealing with Bill's Service Center for anyone needing a U-Haul van or truck.

MIHAEL HI enjoyed the service at this location, the gentleman at the counter took time to explained to us the contract conditions, had the vehicles ready for pick up. One thing I disliked is the fact that we retuned the vehicle at 11:46 PM but the time on the invoice was 1:53 PM.

MALAV SThe app has a lot of glitches and I even had to contact customer service 3 times to get approved on my rental because I w as not able to add an emergency contact on the app.

DANIELLE NBills location is great. But when I searched on your app for a truck I was sent to a location 10 miles further. This location was not shown. I called them because I knew they are a big rental shop and they had what I needed. I don’t understand why the app did not bring up this location and the truck I requested.
THEODORE FThe only complaint we have is that the truck and trailer were located at 2 seperate offices - neither were our requested location. This meant that we had a 1 hour round trip to pick up the equipment rather than the 10 min that we had hoped for.

PETER CEverything went well just had to use a Peice of wood to cover the broken panel in the back that they said was ok and shouldn’t be an issue. It goes straight through the bottom.
Christos PI reserved a 20 foot truck for this location but the nearest one available was 30 miles away which would have taken at least an hour and 15 minutes to get to in rush hour traffic, plus the return trip, so I was forced to settle for a 15 foot truck which was too small to fit all of my stuff causing me to have to make an extra 4 hours each way trip with my truck and small enclosed trailer.

SAINT JRacist and corrupt. I have been renting for 30 years, and this is the worst one. Racist people acted like I stole the truck when I was extending on the Mobile Application. The racist man even after getting over paid tried to charge my card 4 more times for fath
MARGINIA RThe handcarts, blankets and furniture dollys I ordered and were charged for were not in the vehicle. Being that I picked it up on a day the vendor was closed, had no recourse but to make the move without these items.
CONNOR GThe process of renting a U-Haul cargo van from Bill's Service Center in Hackettstown, NJ, was easy and efficient. The staff were helpful and answered all of my questions. One piece of advice is that, since I returned the van after open hours, make sure to view the link that explains how to check your return in to avoid a service fee before you drop the key in the drop box. As needed, I will use them again.

GARY TI have rented a U-Haul van several times from Bill’s Service Center. The vans have always been clean and in good condition. The rental process is simple and Bill is helpful, respectful and kind. I will rent from this U-Haul location again when needed.
