Bills service station has been a big resource for my business, always available, friendly staff and smooth transaction... Bob is the man at thus place!! Uhaul should get this guy an incentive bonus because My business deals with sites in 14 diferent states and from all the Uhaul service, Bill's sevice station is by far the very best of all!

The return facility needs to make drop box more noticeable, update their store hours in the Internet, more signs showing where to park vehicle at drop-off.

GLENN AThe app takes WAY too long to use - mainly waiting for approval - and adds requirements not mentioned at time of reservation (call-a-friend/passport/lease) Perhaps a pre-authentication at time of reservation would help avoid surprises when you go to pick up.
Paul EVehicle cab and trailer reeked of weed maybe like it was used to transport. They changed my drop off location without my confirmation which caused a big hiccup in the day. Charged me for extra mileage. Trash experience. App needs some work too. Inaccurate information. Please contact me U-HAUL make this right

MICHAEL MMy Saturday started when I went to my original pick up location (611 Food Mart & Gas Station at 1670 N Delaware Rd in Easton, PA) and they had rented out the trailer we reserved. After talking to our central booking, they found one available at Bill's Service in Hackettstown. When I got there, they hooked it up for me, and had me on my way. I really appreciate the great service I got at Bill's, considering how my morning started. Really appreciate it!

MICHAEL MThis is the 5th time I’ve dropped a unit off to Bill. They are awesome and always check in prior to drop off/pickup. They do have after hours drop off which is nice, but dropping during the day they are so helpful with getting you unhooked and back on the road. U-Haul isn’t their primary thing but they white glove treat you like it is. Highly recommend using this location
