Bill's Service Center was excellent. My trailer was ready when I showed up. Bob had my reservation, connected my trailer my and checked the lights. He helped me with the app to take the photos of all 4 sides and I was on my way in 15 mins. When I returned it, they even helped me by backing in the trailer to the designated spot because I'm not that great at backing up .I rented a 6' x 12' trailer to move my daughter's furniture. This thing was a beast to drive but did the job. Thank you Bill's Service Center. B.

ANDREW PThis is by far the best uhaul rental location I have ever experienced. Every time I have rented a trailer from them they have gone out of their way to hook it up and make sure everything was attached correctly. They also have disconnected for me if they were open at return time. I have had other rentals where I had to struggle on my own to disconnect a 6x12 enclosed trailer which does not have a tongue jack. I continue to use them whenever a rental from this location is available. I would highly recommend them.

DARRELL HBooking the truck was a nightmare in the beginning. I booked everything online, but received a call 2 days later and was informed a 20' truck was not available. I reluctantly accepted a 15' truck, but when I went to pick it up the shop was closed. My girlfriend called UHAUL and spoke to someone great named Christina who sorted me out with a 20' truck at Bill's. Bill's had two 20' trucks and sorted everything out. They did a great job. I don't understand why I was told there was none available. I assume I paid extra for booking on the day of our move. This was a stressful experience and slowed down our moving day.

MICHAEL RUHaul is a ripoff and the customer service 1800 number is a joke. Typically we try to avoid UHaul, but sometimes there just aren't any other options. Penske offers better rates and better customer service. Only reason to use UHaul is trailer towing ability. In general, not happy with UHaul and that's across many rentals.

CARL BI dropped off the rental with 7/8 of tank of gas and was not credited the amount. But I amcertain that if it would have been the reverse I would have been charged. This is really upsetting
HUMBERTO MAl saved the day after another U-Haul location canceled us last minute! He went out of his way to find us another truck, meet us at the new location and make sure all went well. Thank you Al, much appreciated your excellent customer service…/
