FAWAZ NI have known the location from having started my business in the same town 40+ years ago and I am in no way surprised that Bill's is still alive and flourishing. As I expected, the service was immediate and courteous. Bill himself greeted me first and then he and a gentleman named Bob set me up with the rental. Bill probably didn't remember me, however, he and a few local business owners were instrumental in inspiring my future in small business. PHILIP WAll good. Service and equipment and follow up was all great. As far as what can be improved y had to buy the small ball that is installed in the hitch. There should be an option to rent instead of buying. Y paid more for the ball than the rental itself.

JACOB EAs most of these places go it was efficient. The guy working there was helpful but is only going to be borderline civil to you. Not quite rude but heading that way. Typical for NJ. I’m used to that phony tough guy vibe. Hey whatever, just ignore his discontentment, that’s his problem. I got my own problems that’s why I’m at U-Haul !

PAUL RI am really disappointed with the process. Most of the validation could have been done prior to picking up the vehicle. It took over 20min to get everything done to take the truck. Also, mileage read one thing and as soon as I got out of the parking lot it changed. And getting charged by the mile, that was actually 15feet. Overall the process was tedious and could have been done earlier. I did all the work an employee would get paid to do.

PAUL RWould be nice if pro-rated for the rental charge based on return time. Trailer was returned 2 hours after a 24hr rental. So while I rented for 26 hrs I was charged for 48. Overall experience with Bills was fine.

THOMAS KI am very pleased, first of all, to drive six hours to pick up my trailer and when I arrived at Destination, they were not there to pick it up. They had to call to pick it up at the second place, which was an hour from where I was. Unfortunately, they ruined my day because I had to drive an hour back to pick up my car. Second, when I arrived at that place, they treated me badly. They do not have good service. Unfortunately, I have to tell the truth. Thank you for your time.

PROBIN FThey were quick with hooking up the trailer during pick up and detaching it during the drop off. This U-Haul location worked out great for us. It was easy getting to Rte 80. I plan on using them again in 3 months!

STEVE CMy concern is with the U-Haul policy and a really bad customer experience to get the reserved truck and location. Reserved 26ft Truck on about 3 weeks ahead of the date I needed the truck, but 2 days before I was informed that truck is not available at the location I booked. Now I have an option of bringing the truck from 30 miles away or downgrade to 20ft truck yet from 20 miles away. Customer care service rep was very rude while giving me the options. Reserved again at another nearby location (2 days advance). Again reservation is changed to another location which is 20 miles away. Why let me reserve it if its not going to be available on that day? Moving is a exhausting experience, last day (or two) changes are not appreciated at all.
SHISHT NThis was the easiest and professional experience I have every had with Uhaul! I highly recommend.

GLADYS LBill's Service provided great service every time I required their services in the past 5 years. The 20'' truck I used this time needed some engine and front axle maintenance, but i understand those are not issues directly under their responsibility.
