Staff was amazing, friendly, efficient. Truck was the perfect size for what we had to move. I was distracted when I was putting gas in and put in way more than needed.

Rick PTruck was dirty and stunk bad. Door hands and window handles missing. You 19.95 per day is a farce. You forget to mention $1.09 a mile and fill the truck up over full when returned. The truck we rented should be put out to pasture!!

Ryan CTruck was not clean. The back was not swept out at all. There were used dirty band aids in the cupholder. fast food garbage bags behind the seat. I ordered moving blankets with my reservation, they were not in the truck. When I called to ask questions two days before my reservation the man was very helpful and kind on the phone though!

KASSANDRA MLocation not overly clean and inviting since U-haul is the secondary business, not its primary. It is an auto repair shop first in a urban area and the site functions as such. Difficult to answer the question above with a Yes and No.
DANIELJOSEPH PReserved to pick up at Watertown, NY about a month in advance just to have a call 48 before scheduled pick up time that they didn't have the truck available at the location. They sent us 1 hour north of Watertown to pick up. Not great when you are already stressed out with moving. Again...why have the reservation online option if this is going to happen?

STAN ZThis has nothing to do with Bills Tire Center. This is about the Old U-Haul truck that shouldn’t be in service. Loose steering wheel, to much play in it. Window seal no good, a lot of noise coming in window, couldn’t hear radio because of window noise and radio had a bad crackle sound when playing. Old U-Haul truck shouldn’t be on the road, dirty and damaged.

WILLIAM VI ordered in advance a truck from canton one way to watertown, return in watertown. Day before my pickup told they no longer have truck in canton but I have to pick up a truck in ogdensburg instead. I asked if the rest of my reservation remained unchanged theybsaid yes. I pick up my truck in ogdensburg that say it is a one day from ogdensburg, to canton, return to ogdensburg. I told them and showed them it was one way to watertown with drop off in watertown. They said they fixed it. I drop off the truck with more fuel than was required and stayed within my original reservation mileage and I just got charged over $30 dollars for gas and milegae overage, when I shouldn't have been charged for either. This was a horrible experience and when I called uhaul about the issues I was having at the ogdensburg location getting them to honor my original contract I was told by Uhaul figure it out with the bill tire's in ogdensburg bc that is where I am getting the truck. Horrible service. Horrie experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I also want my tefund for the over $30 I was charged at the drop off location

DOUGLAS SI could not use the app because there was no cell service available for my phone to connect to the internet. The owner of the place was very helpful in assisting me to close this out. You should have some search functions on the app that tells customers what to do if they cannot "share their location".

Bill VGot charged by both places and went negative 900 in my bank account. Luckily my bank took care of all my overdraft fees. Miscommunications betweeen the 2 businesses caused me alot of stress.
