Frank YFill the fuel tank for rental! I picked up it had 1/2 tank and on return i filled to 1/2 tank. Then i was charged for another 2 gallons at near $5 per gallon. This is bullshit!!!! On pick up the keys were missing and the truck had ice and snow on it, we had to warm it up and transmission was slipping. The truck also leaked oil in our driveway during unloading.

Vanessa SThe uhaul truck AC did not work. The taillight was also out and my husband got pulled over on the way back to Victor because of this. Luckily we did not get a ticket for this issue but very inconvenient. Also inconvenient that we had a reservation for a 26' truck and was switched to a 20' truck and no phone call was made to me for confirmation regarding this. My experience was very poor for this rental and we are a reoccuring customer which is disappointing.

Rick PTruck was dirty and stunk bad. Door hands and window handles missing. You 19.95 per day is a farce. You forget to mention $1.09 a mile and fill the truck up over full when returned. The truck we rented should be put out to pasture!!

Ryan CTruck was not clean. The back was not swept out at all. There were used dirty band aids in the cupholder. fast food garbage bags behind the seat. I ordered moving blankets with my reservation, they were not in the truck. When I called to ask questions two days before my reservation the man was very helpful and kind on the phone though!

KASSANDRA MLocation not overly clean and inviting since U-haul is the secondary business, not its primary. It is an auto repair shop first in a urban area and the site functions as such. Difficult to answer the question above with a Yes and No.
DANIELJOSEPH PReserved to pick up at Watertown, NY about a month in advance just to have a call 48 before scheduled pick up time that they didn't have the truck available at the location. They sent us 1 hour north of Watertown to pick up. Not great when you are already stressed out with moving. Again...why have the reservation online option if this is going to happen?
