U-Haul has poor scheduling in general. Got sent 95 miles out of my way because THEY, U-HAUL. YES, U-HAUL. Sent me there, AND I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, INCOMPETENCE AND ILL ADVISED. TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I STILL GOT CHARGES FOR EQUIPMENT WE DIDN’T USE. DOLLY, FURNITURE PADS, ETC. U-HAUL NEEDS HELP AND LET ME SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR

Reservations were not coordinate well. I didn't get what I reserved or the location. I reserved in Aberdeen Idaho. Also was supposed to pay the original price 29.95(15') not 39.95 (20'). They tried to give me a 26' which I did not except. It was too big to get into my apartment complex. The people were nice. It was just the reservations.
