It was like trying to rent a U-Haul in Tijuana, the first three phone calls no one even spoke English. There's no select area for U-Haul, you have to wait in line at a small Bodega grocery store, not professional by any means when you have set aside a reservation. The trailer I rented was an okay condition but the leaf springs and undercarriage looked in dire need of attention.

EDWARD EAlthough my original reservation was for 10 footer vehicle that was not available staff was able to accommodate my needs and provide me with an alternative. Overall, staff did a good job of making accommodations for me and I was pleased with the outcome.
BENJAMIN JDolley worked fine, but the right side signal light wasn’t working. I thought that there was a problem with the power supply outlet on my truck, but I unplugged and plugged back again and still didn't work. That was the only problem I had.
ANTONIO GHe over charged me twice. Didn’t hook up the chains to my vehicle made me come back to finish. My truck only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. The straps failed to stay on my tires
