Open a little earlier, perhaps at 9am instead of 10am.

It was the most cloak and dager rental I have ever experienced. I never saw a human. The uhaul appl pictures all came out black. The milage was over by approx 35 miles and the fuel tank was only at 3/4. The vehicle was not at the Uhaul facility that it was scheduled for so it added an extra hour and a half to my pickup. The individual on the phone was courteous and said get used to it, this is the way of the future. FUCK THAT. If your going to run a business get an employee to assist the customer. It goes a long way.
