I rented a 15 foot U-Haul on August 4th.,8th., 15th., 12th., and 28th. The mileage rate was $0.99 on each of them. On August 31st., I rented a smaller 10 foot U-Haul and the mileage rate jumped $0.40 to $1.39. Why???
