Although I was given the wrong passcode and the first person who answered the phone was unhelpful the second person who contacted me made a great effort to give me the right passcode it took six different passcodes to get the right one and I had to wait around for 40 minutes to get into the truck and sign out the truck. Passcode is probably still wrong on your system.

Over charge me for fuel service and 4 gallons fuel wish were not needed. Replace the fuel used and more. Still were charge for it anyway

Ernesto GI rented a 15 foot U-Haul on August 4th.,8th., 15th., 12th., and 28th. The mileage rate was $0.99 on each of them. On August 31st., I rented a smaller 10 foot U-Haul and the mileage rate jumped $0.40 to $1.39. Why???
