ROSALEE HAs a logistics manager for Smart Mover Atlantic in Fredericton NB , we sometimes short on equipment . Shannon the u-haul store manager at the Carmen Avenue location is always very helpful and most often comes through for our last minute requests for either boxed trucks or trailers for hauling our customers vehicles.

CILISA DI have never used an App that was as bad as eg uhaul app. The pickup process almost broke me. The dropoff process was kinda dumb but I already had low expectations. For the many hundreds of dollars I spent on this rental I expect a much better experience.
Mark MI booked the van at one location, arrived at that location and was told I had been sent an email advising that my van was at another location in my city (obviously, I had not checked my email). Also, the inside of the 3 front windows was extremely dirty, the van had 18k on the odometer and it looked like the windshield had not been cleaned since new. Other than these issues, excellent experience.

KAN SPre-purchased supplies were not available. Pre-purchased moving equipment (furniture cart) not available. Had to go to a second location in town to pick up materials. When we got to the second location they did have the furniture cart but not the shrink wrap. The vehicle itself had bald tires on passenger side front. I have taken photos and have them for reference. I can understand a bit of tire ware but this was extreme. They were bald. The breaks were spongy. I ended up prepurchasing milage of 175km as I had a load to collect out of town. Due to the rain and the poor and unsafe condition of the tires, I did not make the trip. I was reimbursed for the unused milage but needed to make other arrangements which was very inconvenient and an added expense. I can understand a bit of ware and tear on a. Vehicle with over 125000 miles on it. I get that. But the tires and breaks in this unit are definitely a safety issue.

JACQUELINE RWhen reserving ( online) I chose mobile check in thinking that would save me time on the morning I’d reserved. Arrived at 10:05 to pick up the truck that I’d reserved from 10-2. Three other people in line before me. Took 20 minutes to check these people in before the staff member ( the only 1 I saw ) was able to assist me. I had many errands that day and was now 1/2 hr into my rental time! What’s the point of mobile check in? And a 4 hr rental should not include “ office” time used to check in other clients. Disappointing

BLUE RShannon was awesome to deal with, highly recommend. When I dropped 20' U-Haul in PEI they said I did not fill high enough. I said Shannon said to fill between 1/2 and 3/4 and I filled all the way to 3/4. Bit of a misunderstanding but overall experience was great!
WILLIAM AThe distance from my house to the uhaul location was more than the distance I needed the truck for. It means that the whole millage I was charged for all came from only picking up and returning tge truck. I only drove with my load for less than 5 minutes while I drop to and from tge uhaul office for more than 30 minutes.

MARK JI contacted U-Haul for a moving truck for my prized record collection. They recommended the lighter duty vehicle van which worked perfectly for the task. The GMC van road perfectly over our horrible NB roads not destroying my very fragile records investment. Thanks again!!
BRENT DI dropped off after hours so I did not speak to any personnel.
DONNA RIt took way to long to rent the truck and when it was finally ready it was extremely dirty both inside and outside. It had not been cleaned after it was returned by a previous customer and there were warning lights on the dash. Extremely disappointed. I have already spoken with a person at Uhaul about this issue and the response I received from a member of your customer service team was horrendous.

CLAUDE DReturn date was incorrect, after requesting the additional days. Didn't know mileage cost above allocated amount. Difficult to see what you are signing on contract when you sign digitally without contract it in front of you.

DIANE MI think the prices are too high, especially the km. It's not like gas is cheap and we are driving luxurious vehicles. The driver window weather stripping was loose and made a lot of noise on the highway. The location could use a good cleaning. Staff were great - above average in friendliness for Fredericton standards. They should be commended.
JENNIFER LOnly issue is there was an e-alert which I wasn’t responsible for and it’s basically was a fraud on my account. I had to pay the e-alert in order to get my rental. This e-alert dated back in April 5, 2024 for a one way rental in the amount $156. I was not happy and at no time did U-Haul attempt to reach me by email or mobile to resolved this matter prior to my new reservation. I am now left to pursue the matter through police and U-Haul. The agent at my location was of no assistance with alert who would have been able to identify and tell them I wasn’t the person they were looking for to pay outstanding amount 🤬🤬🤬
