I've put more petrol/gas than what I've had to, and there was 10$ extra for cleaning the truck even though it wasn't even dirty .. so I've asked if we can waver the cleaning charge in exchange for the extra gas .. but the answer was no .. which I find really greedy ! This is my second time, but I'm not using UHAUL again and won't recommend it to anyone ! ---------------------------------- J'ai mis plus d'essence que ce que j'ai dÃ», et il y avait 10 $ de plus pour nettoyer le camion qui n'Ã©tait mÃªme pas sale .. alors j'ai demandÃ© si nous pouvions annuler les frais de nettoyage en Ã©change pour l'essence .. mais la rÃ©ponse Ã©tait non .. ce que je trouve vraiment gourmand ! Make sure drop off location options are updated. Hard to drop off to a location that doesn't exist anymore. When customer service finally answers (40 + min) they are super helpul and eager to correct the situation. In person representative are amazing.Jessie K.

trailer was faulty,management know it had problems because the last person who rented trailer had it break free from vehicle,trailer broke free from my vehicle while transporting a expensive bike ,damaged the bike when I arrived at destination,the tie down hooks loosed from the impact of the trailer and snapped free at final destination,wont rent from this uhaul dealer in the future.Richard S.

There is not really anything different to improve on. Shannon is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about any issues that arise and we will not go anywhere else other than this particular Uhaul location - all because of the efficiency and trust we have in Shannon. She's obliging and very willing to make things right if an issue arises. She's quite an asset to Uhaul. They are very lucky to have such a competent employee - a rarity nowadays!RONALD G L.
The unit that I rented (12ft enclosed trailer) was in very bad shape. Holes in the ceiling, openings between the floor and walls, cracks is the walls, etc. The unit is no longer weather proof. The only thing that saved the day for my daughter's move was that is was a sunny day. This trailer would NOT have been suitable on a wet day. Defeats the purpose of an 'enclosed' trailer. Will be very cautious about renting again.Marcel L.

You need to included taxes and all other fees when you send a customer their reservation. Because when you state "DUE AT PICK UP generally that means that is the amount you owe. Therefore when you arrive at pick up you will not be surprised when you total is 100 more than the quoted reservation price. Also advising customers when you change the size of the truck they ordered, so there is also no surprise on pick up dayKelly R.
The van we picked up was severely out of alignment and a lot of shimming going on as drove on highway. Luckily only a short distance. Some noise and what not may have been caused by snow build up as had a storm night previous, not sure. Fellow we dealt with was super kind and patient.AARON MATTHEW M.

The cab was not very clean, one rear tire had a large crack in it, one rear tire was completely bald, the alignment was so off that I wasn't able to go over 80 without the truck almost tuning onto the shoulder, the headlights were dim and were pointing towards the side of the road instead of forward which made it extremely hard to see at night, and the steering wheel is not aligned properly which made it very uncomfortable to hold the wheel properly. The key was also bent from a previous renter which made it hard to put in the ignition (I literally had to hit the end of it hard with my fist to get it to go in deep enough to turn) Very dissatisfied with my experience, if I hadn't been on a time crunch I would have demanded a different truck. The only positive was that the check in process was efficient.Sylvain P.
