Jeff, the area manager assisted me with valuable information for dropping off the truck. Birds Towing owner was not there but having Jeff to talk to helped a lot when I dropped off the truck. There were errors with charges for my rental and uhaul regional management office and local manager Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the charges to my card were accurate. I got instant refund for the overcharges and my Account was only charged what was due. Thank you uhaul for the professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you for listening and being proactive to resolve any glitches. I will recommend uhaul over and over.
