Upin arrival at 10, there were two groups picking up before me, and they were having some trouble on the computer. I left and came back 10 minutes after and was finally given keys. The attendant did not come out with me, saying I should just "take picture". I was met with just under a quarter tank of gas... okay. When I got to my loading area and opened the roll up, I was greeted by two sets of tires and dirt throughout the cargo hold. I took photos and called Bison Auto to come collect their tires, which they did after I refused to drive back. O had to start my move which I was already late to begin. I thought an inspection was supposed to have taken place, but considering the lack of knowledge that the truck had been used as tire storage and the low tank of gas off the start has me believing they don't inspect the trucks at all. I will drive out of my way to avoid this retailer.

ARUN MPick up was not seamless- app was awful. Drop off worse. Just want to rent a truck - pick it up from a person. Wiper blades were in disrepair- they were broken and dangerous on the highway- visibility was horrible.
Don VThey took $82 from my bank account today. Like 10 days after I rented the truck. This was in addition to $96 for a two day rental at $29.99/day. I will be calling my bank to report this.

PAA-KOFI AI booked for this location 172 King St. 2 minutes from my home 6 days ago and it was confirmed, but another UHAUL location emailed me 3 days ago saying the truck was broken down (which it never was) and switched my booking to 375 Franklin Blvd 17 kms from my home and in the wrong direction. They did this 3 times and it took me 4 separate phone calls to schedulling and 375 Franklin over a 3 days period to correct their problem they created. It was an inexcusable & frustrating experience. To be clear Bison Auto Sales 172 King St were great was not and did not create this problem, it was UHAUL themselves that were the headache.
MIKE MI was given CDW coverages with out asking . Would be nice to know about it as I have other insurance , and could be declined
SAAD UWe were informed that we could do a self pick up at 9:30 am - however, once we arrived we were informed that “the equipment wasn’t available” once we called the very kind lady - Sydney I think - helped us understand that we needed to wait till 10:00 am for one the business opens to get the truck from them. This was fine - but did set us back 30+ mins. Dealing with the people at the location was a good enough experience. Just wish we could’ve been informed that we would need to be there for 10:00 instead of 9:30 to plan around it. Thanks.
