The place I reserved the box truck was closed! I called the number on the reservation and the lady sent me to a place totally out of my direction. Had to wait about 30 minutes to get the truck, which was wrecked, dirty! When I took it back on Culver , Bryce the manager was excellent!!!! They were trying to charge me extra for something, Bryce made a call and worked it out. At the end of the day Bryce said I was going to get a $21 refund. Bryce saved the day!!!
CHARLOTTE BThe attendant did not know what he was doing. Took over 30 minutes to get truck. Took my license 3 times and still had to call for assistance to another employee. My return location on my reservation was changed
