We would never rent from a contracted Uhual location again. The app didn't give us a lock box code (or a base mileage/gas reading) They had the date written down wrong so no one was at the laundromat to give us the key. We spent 20 minutes on hold with Uhual to get the code and they said there should be a person there. Had to then find the phone number for the laundromat owner to get the code. The light for low tire was on so we had to fill up the tire. At drop off we had no gas reading but luckily we took photos at pickup. The app wouldn't recognize my photos so I had to log into the website. We had no one to help so next time I would only rent at an actual uhaul location.
