MARY CI've picked up from this location several times. Most of the times the trucks are dirty, runs bad. Why was I charged for a $25 cleaning fee. Please remove the fee and credit back to my credit card.

Robert EThe truck was not clean! It drove VERY poorly, and it had no air! Horrible experience and they had the nerve to charge me an extra $50 which I want refunded!

Angelia SMy experience using the uhaul app was not very good. I kept getting an error message stating that my location could not be verified, preventing me from checking out the vehicle using the app after hours. However, uhaul representative, Marcus, was still at work and was able to help me check out the vehicle, outside normal operating hours and with a positive, helpful attitude. My experience with him was great. I absolutely recommend this location.

Marcus C8am 24/7 Reservation not available due to evening rental returned vehicle after hours so key was in drop box and not pickup box. Informed at pickup reservation converted to in person pickup and location did not open until noon.

Marcus CThe rental was great, however, when I went to return and complete the online portion it would not allow me to complete the return portion. I was not able to take the required photos. I was only given a message that a representative would reach out to me. No one ever called and I was charged the $20 convenience fee without my knowledge. I wanted to complete everything without having to speak with anyone, but the site would not allow me to do so. Other than that everything was fine as it always is when I use Uhaul.
Catrice EI arrived 15mins early (3:15), I finish online reg, spot & confirm the rental parked on the side of the building, pay & went to grab keys from inside. 1st thing the man at the counter says to me is: "What are you talking about? I know nothing about that". TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unorganized & Unprofessional!

James BWould not recommend renting U-Haul. Booking through the app is way more difficult then it needed to be had to cancel a previous reservation and go to another location and create a different reservation resulting in me having to settle for a smaller van and pay more never again
