After I attempted to call several times someone finally answered and told me the drop off location was closed after I insisted on this was the drop off location they told me okay. And after several questioning to this person she finally told me where the Dropbox was but wouldn't give me much help with hot and drop it off so it took an extra 30-40 minutes to figure it out. This new way of renting is kind of a pain in the butt
