Supplied dollies were loose in the truck and banged around while driving. Not a big deal but they are usually strapped in place. Worst is there was no one qualified to accept the truck when I returned it and I was wrongly charged for fuel. I picked it up with 1/4 tank, drove it 34 miles and put fuel back in it to match the 1/4 tank required. I used Blackrock’s fuel pump and I have the receipt.

Everything went smoothly
JANICE NWhen we arrived, our order was wrong! They had us getting a truck which was not correct. After working that out, I had paid for 12 moving pads which I did not get! The trailer door was broken and would not slide correctly. Every time we had to open the door it presented us with a problem, which made our moving experience even more stressful. I will NEVER rent from UHAUL again!
