Truck smelled like cow poop.
JOHN WFront counter girl was very rude and unpleasant never smiled once she acted like i was bothering her as we were going thru the paperwork. Not a pleasant experience at all

JERRY TOur truck was not available when we arrived for our appointment. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone and or chat with us because no one from U-Haul was available. Then we had to drive to another location and they opened 10 minutes late. It was not a good experience at all.
Brandi BWhen I returned the truck the app gave me so much trouble I was unable to take 2 of the 6+ photos needed for after hours drop off. After two photos the app crashed and then never even showed I rented a truck so hopefully everything works out as it should.
Tyler WThe lady there was amazing, they were closed but she was outside cleaning. She said I could check it in myself or just drop the keys off and she would do it tomorrow. Fantastic customer service!!!!!!

Amy SI have had a lot of confusion in this move. Being charged for days that I did not use spoke with several people everyone was rude except for one by the name of Megan spoke with the manager. He was rude and overbearing and unapologetic and no I will never use you guys again, so much confusion for just a one-way trip across town

Doug SAgain. Probably not these people's fault. When I got to my location in Cypress I had originally planed to have moving help. Uhauls website advertised adding movers so I did because my new apartment was on the third floor. Again UHaul fell through. Never heard anything again from UHaul about the moving company I tried to hire through UHaul.com. Overall not a great experience, I was pretty dissatisfied all around. If I knew I would be doing so much manual work I would've just skipped UHaul entirely and gone with a private moving company where I wouldn't have to lift a finger.

Michael HIt was a quick move but all went smoothly with checking out and returning the truck
Barry BThe U-Haul app is not user friendly, did not work well while I was onsite attempting to pick up the vehicle. I had to call the user support line and was connected to someone who really did not want to be at work. Awful phone experience. Will not use this process again. What a waste of my time! Jerrell MThe online checkin and out is major problem, the system keeps delaying with (no connect) yet I keep tapping and it finally connects. Has to be a U-Haul issue as I never loose connection on any other site at that time.

Randall WThe storage was closed when we dropped off. Using the online check out was difficult. We tried using the app, but it would not work at all. After some difficulty, we finally got the mobile website to work.
Collin DMy original location was much closer and on my way home the original location had the exact same truck I rented not sure why I had to go to a further location. The inside of the truck was so dirty we had to clean before we could load for our move. I tried to call customer service on hold for 50 minutes, very disappointed.

Suzanne B-Was not walked vehicle for inspection -Had dried mud and dirt from previous renter -No office notation of the quality of previous return and I was charged for the vehicle being unclean -Employee mentioned they would have had to use a power washer/mop to clean it. Why should I be charged for what was passed on to me?

Thomas JTrailer was hooked up by blacklock employee. The trailer came off the ball. Thank goodness it stayed hooked by the chains and didn't damage our truck. Employee upon his examination of receiver, stated it needed work. Hope it's done before another rental.
Don FBlacklock Storage was very helpful since we had originally suppose to pick up a 10’ truck somewhere else and when we got there we were told that they never have trucks on site and did not say anything positive about the situation. Had to call U Haul to find another truck and had to get a 15’ truck. Did not need that big of a truck but all worked out.

Greg WI tried to check in online yesterday 4-15 but the U-Haul website couldn't pick up my location even though my location was turned on on by cell. That was annoying because then my husband had to take off work to turn in the trailer today 4-16.

robert gHaving no advance notice that I wanted to pickup a van that very day, the staff of your location near the intersection of FM 2920 and Mueschke Rd. took my reservation in person and then transferred it to the Blacklock location. I was pleasantly surprised with the service Brian gave me there. The vehicle was very gas efficient. Thank you for a smooth transaction.

THOMAS BMy reservation was confirmed for Andys Hardware on Nichols Sawmill Rd. They did not open on time and did not fulfill my contract....unacceptable!!! I quickly changed over to this location on FM 2920 and was well taken care of! Prompt efficient service with a smile. I will use the FM 2920 location for all my moving needs in the future.
