App NEEDS improvement, Need to let the renters know about the verification process. I was having difficulty getting my identity checked. Due to family being in a diffrent timezone and friends working. If a passport was needed that information should have been provided since many people don't carry their passport unless they travel. I was out in the cold for more than an hour and spend even more money on Lyft to get my documents ready. Only positive was the team was able to push the time easily.
