I have used uhaul twice in the last month. The second time my order got cancelled and bec I had to drive a long way to get the truck they halved my milage fee. All staff have been polite, fun, excellent, especially the gentleman in Blairstown. Great service. Well done Uhaul!EILEEN G.

you did not ask the important questions about the contract, where the pick up was changed and and why NOT where I asked for and why I had to call several times to get SOME answers but not ALL answers like it did not matter to you however ALL customers DO MATTER I RATE YOU AT ZERO and you LOST a customerDAVID N.
Originally, I wanted to rent the 20' but told there were none available. I settled for the 15' and wase scheduled to pick up the vehicle in Budd Lake, NJ. Arrangements were made with family members to meet me at Budd Lake so they could drive my car back home. Not only was this out of their way, adding more time and mileage to their personal vehicle, but when I got to the facility in Budd Lake, the vehicle was not ready. I was never notified that the vehicle was unavailable for pick up. I then called your customer service department and was given the option to take a 10' vehicle, located in Blairstown, which was another 20+ miles away. The original size that we needed was only available in Phillipsburg, NJ which was 28+ miles away and totally in the opposite direction that we needed to go. Not only was I not notified that the vehicle in Budd Lake was not ready for pick up, but my family and I had to go out of our way again to get a vehicle that really wasn't even the right size that we needed. Because we were unable to load everything that we needed to (which we could have had we gotten a 20'), I need to now spend more money and rent another vehicle to take the remaining items that we couldn't fit in the 10'. I feel that the way this was handled was totally unprofessional, inappropriate, a waste of time and mileage to me and my family, and because we did not get the size we originally requested, I now need to spend even more money to rent another vehicle to haul what was supposed to be in the 20' truck. As a respectable and fair business, I would expect that Uhaul would refund me for the full amount, given the frustration, time and money we endured.Kim H.

I went through drop off on phone and when I looked for Dropbox for key, there was none. If location doesn't have 24 h drop off, the after hours should not work. Delay for me being here below as no dolly. There was no dolly at this location or anywhere in NJ. It seems this is a uHaul problem and not location problem. This caused me a delay as I was on hold for 40 minutes and extra time to load and unload without a dolly. This ended up causing me not to be done before drop off location closed. If I had known, I would have bought a dolly. So, I will probably try a different vendor in the future that can guarantee equipment or at least notify me that equipment will not be available.Timothy A.

Please next time tell the dates for mileage .. I was told 99 cents a mile when it turned out it was 1.99 a mile.. for the weekend.. had I known that I would have rented only one day... not satisfied at all and will probably never rent from UHUAL againGregg J.
