Two unfriendly, loose dogs inside the shop. Worker took the truck to repark it across the street without saying anything. My personal items were in the cab when he drove off. He was also smoking while driving the truck.

I was unable to contact the pick-up location by phone, to let them know I wanted to pick up the trailer early. I just showed up, and luckily someone was there to help me, but I wish I could have arranged it beforehand while on the road.

my only complaint would be that I tried to call the location. It was Sunday, so I understand them being closed, but I could not leave a message because the voice mailbox was full. I dropped off at location and had no contact with personnel so that is why no rating.

Not charge such high mileage rate because gas prices are so crazy high. Credit customers if they leave more gas in the tank then when they start out. Not always easy to calculate how much you need to put in and you charge a customer if the truck is returned with less.

The area was congested with cars to the point you couldn't get in the parking lot. We parked the truck across the highway. The business said it was open on Saturday from 9-3 but no one was there. When I did the online return, it charged my card $6 and some change but no clue why I was charged.

It wasn’t where I picked up the Uhaul it was the run around I got from Uhaul itself changing pickup locations and saying the new location had a appliance cart when it didn’t and then having to go to another location to pick up the cart.
