I returned after hours late at night in the rain. So can’t say I was in a great state of mind. But the location was “fine”. Easy to find the box. And well lit parking lot.

Went to Miller Mart 1st per Uhaul selection of return sites. That site “doesn’t do Uhaul anymore. I sat in the Uhaul for the next 45minutes calling 1-800 GoUhaul that was fine the customer service guy was nice but then he tried to transfer me to another line and I got disconnected. I then had to call back to get a customer service person with attitude I obviously inconvenienced them by calling and asking for help. I asked for the address to be repeated of new drop-off location and could hear the eyes roll with the heavy sigh. Blue collar automotive was closed but did have a key drop. It is a very small lot with minimal room for trucks. Lots of police and action happening on this side of town.

JEFFERY PThe drop off location which mind you we did not choose was a little sketchy shop where you could barely pull in. They charged us almost $15 for gas when we returned it with 10 miles more then when we picked it up

Jim CEquipment was buried behind cars waiting to be repaired. Trailer was missing an extension to hook the lights to the back of my tow vehicle, which I had to purchase at an auto parts store to legally/safely tow the trailer.

Phillip WOverall the location and the U-Haul trucks are great. My only complaint U-Haul needs to supply this location with equipment. I reserved a 26 ft truck with blanket pads and a dolly. Got to place like I said the truck was great but they didn’t have the blanket pads nor did they have the dolly. 🤦🏾♂️ other than that LIFE IS GOOD. 😂

ebony bI was called 5 hours before the appointment I had scheduled 21 days prior, and I was told that I had to go to another location to pick up tue truck. This location was not only 40 minutes out of my way, but they didn't have a single blanket/dolly/furniture cart that I had ordered. The place that I picked the truck up wasn't even informed that the truck was going to be rented, despite uhaul calling me 3 hours prior and telling me that I had that specific truck rented. Had somebody else reserved it directly from their location, I would have not had a truck. The location that I rented the truck from did what they could, and I don't blame them for any of the issues. I am very displeased with uhaul as a company though. There was ample time to ensure my truck was ready for pickup, with all of the equipment I requested, or find another location with a truck and all of the equipment. Because of this lack of communication/planning, a 6 hour job turned into an almost 20 hour evolution and broken household goods.
Jason MWell for starters I rented a 10” uhaul and the damn lights in the back of the truck were out. No break, hazard, turning signals, or reverse lights worked and I could’ve gotten into an accident from y’all negligence. I want my rental payment discounted or back!
TANEASHAMICHELLE RDid not receive truck at 5pm. Had to ask someone to pull the truck around as it was behind a locked gate. Steering was off in truck making it hard to drive.

Ashley BMy wife kaylynn Davis only used 15 miles Wednesday y'all still charged her 84$ and we never received our retainer fee back . And the people at blue collar automotive in Norfolk Virginia made my wife very uncomfortable.
Kaylynn Dexcellent all around - I would out phone holders in your Trucks - many people will be using GPSs and it would be much safer for the people and the trucks if there were places they could put their phones.
Elijah DLocation was ok. Inspection on app was already filled out when I opened it and I was unable to note some minor damage.

GARNETTBRYANT PThe only problem we had was trying to return truck through the website. The process took long and the links from uhaul expire or say they expire way to quickly. The process did not flow smoothly through the website.

ABDUL-KADIR MOwner wasn’t there to give me the key even though I talked to him that morning and had an appointment. Took 45 minutes to get the keys. Truck was dirty when we finally got the keys.

DeVona PI added moving equipment and it wasn't any in the truck. I didn't receive a refund and when I called to let them know the person I spoke with said someone would call me. I haven't spoke with anyone.
