We were so excited to have rented a UHAUL that only had 1700 miles on it! Unfortunately as we traveled down the road and received multiple hand gestures from other drivers for no apparent reason to us. When we got to our destination we discovered no turn signals AND no brake lights except the very top one that didn't always work. I personally feel we should receive a discount for giving us faulty equipment, putting us in great danger.

I passed the location for the drop off because there wasn’t a sign by the road and the drop off area is in the far side of a parking lot with numerous businesses. Only reason I found it was I saw a U-Haul truck parked in parking lot. Then I had to find the address to go to the correct place to drop off the key.

ANDY PDespite the office opening at 8:00 a.m., no one was at the front desk, and the lights were off. A random man inside, who did not introduce himself, could not help and had no idea what I was talking about. There was also an open bottle of beer on the counter. Overall, it was quite unprofessional.
Kimberly SI was charged a fuel charge. I put gas back to where I found it in the truck. I woke up day after and you guys charged me another $58.00. It took over an hour to navigate the website and get the truck in the first place, and the lady who helped me was kinda rude. NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Would NOT recomend U-haul or this pick up site to my worst enemy.
