I love Blue Sky Storage for U Haul! Stephanie and Amanda are the Best. The trucks are always clean and ready for me when I get there. I have rented from True Value Hardware in the same 71909 area and they are awful- they told me they don’t even look at the cabs or anything else. They put me in a dangerous position once where a truck was not fit to be driven (they admitted to my face it should not have been given to me) and if I can help it I will never rent from them. BLUE SKY IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GET A UHAUL TRUCK IN THIS AREA CODE!!!!!

douglas cThis location is typical for what I would expect in a rural area. Everything was fine, it is just that the personnel could have been more friendly and outgoing. I was able to break the ice after experiencing a couple issues. The employees likely need to feel more appreciated. Also a moving cart was missing from the storage section.

The location was closed when I returned the trailer with no way to lift the trailer. Thankfully I have been pulling trailers of some sort all my life and I was able to get a little creative and leave the trailer on site.

Andrew VUHAUL was not where I reserved it. It took 3 1/2 hours to get it straightened out. Total joke. Will never use again.

David HI am planning a second trip in a 26-footer and will use this location again as a drop-off point. These folks were extremely helpful in getting me processed out. There was a gentleman there that happened to be a mover (who happened to be sitting in the U-Haul office) and he parked and disconnected the auto hauler from the truck I rented and he is the one that discovered the safety chain had not been attached to the vehicle's frame that was previously written about. Can't say enough good things about circumstances (somebody was looking out for me and my vehicle during the road trip).

Richard HThey were absolutely perfect. I had a mechanical and limped into location late at night. Next day they helped me get setup with alternate equipment to allow me to finish my move. Absolutely will refer them and use them when the need arises.

Nancy RThe lock box was frozen/stuck and very hard to access the key. The truck's oil light was on and off the whole move. The truck was so low on fuel i had to go to Wal-Mart immediately to fuel which was out of my way. All these things made me late for work.
Terry Pour original location did not provide the vehicle promised. There were three other 10' trucks on location. ours never arrived we were forced to drive 1.5 hours away to get our vehicle. Disgusted!
