ed N.Matt Stackhouse at Blue Sky Storage in Boerne, TX 78006 on Shooting Club Rd always, always, always has everything so organized and always calls us a few days ahead of time to see if we need anything. Super professional and super person. Can say enough about him. The vehicles and accessories are always in great shape, too. My only wish (for U-Haul corporate, is that the 20 footers had some form of limited cruise control one day. It's very hard on the legs on long stretches. Thank you!

Christian N.Matt Stackhouse is outstanding and an asset not only to the facility he manages, but an asset to U-Haul. He deserves some sort of regional recognition. Runs a tight ship and makes things work. For the national-level organization, I do suggest some work be done on the iPhone vehicle return functionality. I'm a fairly experienced iPhone and iOS user regarding settings management. I've allowed full phone location permissons, in addition to U-Haul specific settings, restarted my phone to no avail. You really should. find out what is hanging-up the return process despite being in a 5G area. I've rented numerous times and this never works. The vehicle pick-up function however works fine. Thank you.

Kathy H.Valuable space in the truck was taken up by a not needed hand truck and packing blankets. This was very disappointing as it was in the way. If I wanted to rent a hand truck and packing blankets I would have asked for one. Also, I was an hour and a half late and got charged for a whole another day. I think that's unreasonable. It should have been prorated on hours. It's not like you were going to use it that evening anyway.

DeShane B.I originally had reservation in Kerrville Texas for 10am. The previous customer did not drop off the truck. So Traffic referred me to this location, however the gentlemen did not know anything about this. He had to call Traffic- also he was not able to give me the credit of $ 50. as I was authorized by Diane & Pam.
Ally N.The truck I rented had an issue with the drivers outside mirror not staying adjusted…any bump or wind at highway speeds rendered it useless…. Had to readjust it just to see traffic in the lane to my left.

John M.Our Haul experience was NOT good, but not because of this location specifically. I rented Uhaul online about 5 days in advance. The night before, I got a call from Uhaul that the truck we rented was not available at the location we scheduled and asked if we could go an extra 15 miles to pick up our 15' rental. We went to the new location and the truck had a flat tire. The store personnel did not assist in helping us. I called Uhaul. They sent us to another location 45 minutes away in Boerne. The 15' truck was there but just turned in and not cleaned. We helped clean it. Right before leaving, attendant asked if we were returning truck there and we said no, it was going one way and being returned in Friendswood, TX. She said we couldn't take that truck because it had to stay in town, but had a 20' available. Although that was really too big for what we needed, we took the truck. We had ordered 12 rented furniture blankets. During this time, we had to reschedule our moving help because of the delay. When returning the truck in Friendswood, there were only 6 blankets in the Uhaul. I am not sure if we ever even got the 12 blankets we ordered because I did not count them. Because there were 6 blankets when truck was returned, we were charged for the missing 6 blankets. This was such a hassle and I will NOT use Uhaul again or recommend them. Wish I could have gotten a big discount for all this confusion.
Elizabeth V.Truck windshield was so dirty I had to clean to get home. Low beams didn't work, put me 3.5 hours behind waiting for daylight. Truck leaned to right and pulled to right for 500 miles. Not fun! Rattle in drivers door was louder than radio, it was so loud it would make the pope cuss! Rent Penske.
Jeff H.U-Haul fucked up. You're POS. I requested a pickup walking distance from my apartment. Distribution choose a location 45 minutes away driving time. Chosen pickup location found my preferred rental 1.5 miles away and I took it. WTF? Y'all are crap. There are over a dozen pickups between my apartment and the place you chose for me to pick up at. Yet, local agent discovered my truck at second closest location. WTF is wrong with you? Never will use U-Haul again. Will tell friends and family never to use you.
