Lisa and Jerrod are top notch in customer service and always exemplify consistency and professionalism. This is our favorite go to location for renting uhaul. We rent uhaul between 1-3 times weekly for our home staging business.

JACOB GBlue sky self storage (BSSS) is the absolute parking nightmare location for someone who wants to rent a truck. Uhaul should terminate their contract agreement with Blue sky self storage and try again elsewhere. I was charged some unusual $17 fee; then over charged for millage that I did not use. All that on top unwelcoming signs of the extremely limited customer parking spots. I do not recommend BSSS for any truck rental needs.

Gabriel PI had a good experience since this was my first time renting one and I would use it again when moving to a different location and definitely I would tell my friend how I had a good experience renting one had no problem the staff was very friendly and Vary helpful.
ricardo jAlthough the alternative provided for my rental was beneficial it might be best if the transport section could rely messages of unavailability to customers before they arrive. In my case the staff was very apologetic and did give me a better solution it appeared in the e long run.

He is no longer able to help me, but Lisa patiently toke the time to explain & went the extra mile to show me how to pay my storage rent & assist me with a U-Haul truck She add insurance on my rental that gave me confident that I could my move alone. Kudos Mrs. Lisa for your outstanding customer service skills. She is the best.☺️
